As long as the price of crude oil continues to increase, the search for an alternative fuel becomes increasingly important. Natural gas has emerged as a perfect solution. Readily available in many countries from indigenous sources, natural gas is inexpensive and clean burning.
Diesel engines have been the backbone of the transportation and power generation industry. Valued for their power, fuel economy and durability, diesel powered trucks, buses and generators are used worldwide, however, they are heavy polluters. Gazindo has developed a system to convert any existing diesel engine to a clean-burning natural gas engine at a fraction of the cost of a new engine.
We estimate the population of diesel engines around the world, which can be converted using the Gazindo’s Diesel-to-Natural Gas Conversion System and offer the best ROI, is in excess of ten million engines.

Extensive road tests were conducted on a Hino Dump Trucks across the country, under different road conditions, and data recorded, sifted and analysed for each situation. The results show

  • Very impressive cost and fuel savings. Pay-back on conversion costs for intercity buses and trucks worked out to be in less than 2 months! The more the engine Horse Power, the higher the Diesel consumption and, consequently, the greater the cost savings. Our DDF kits come in 4,6 & 8 & 16 Cylinder versions and can be installed on buses/trucks/tractors /any diesel engine vehicle in fact, 150-2500 HP engines and beyond.
  • That, in Diesel Generators, similar ‘energy density’ logic prevailed. Higher Kva Gensets returned higher savings for the same reason, i.e. higher diesel consumption meant a higher percentage of LPG could be injected in the dual fuel, hence more savings. Our DDF systems can be installed on up to 550-600 almost any Kva generator size.
